Default Clutch Recommendation for Boosted Setup

Hey guys, I just wanted to get an opinion on what kind of clutch to run on a setup that will be making around 450-500 whp. I've looked at a few options from competition clutch (I've heard a lot of good things) and I'm just not sure what to go with. Any opinions?

Whatever you do, go Stage 2. 80% more torque. Fact.

If you're going sc, the act pp with Oem clutch won't be bad. If turbo, I like the clutchmasters options.

I'm running the Clutchmasters FX400 in my turbo S. I've been at 500-550hp and it's never slipped on me. Almost OEM pedal feel....a little bit of chatter when starting from a dead stop, but nothing bad.

The Act PP with OEM friction disc has been a successful go to for a lot of years in this community. with trq holding at 350+ it fits the bill for a lot of set ups. I chose to run the SOS sport clutch for stock pressure feel, and it is, however in some instances mild chatter does occur. I replaced the SOS disc with an OEM one on their PP and that went away. What ive discovered, The OEM friction disc is very good for maintaining the smoothness and predictability in feel, coupling that with a higher capacity PP from someone else gives you the added holding. Aftermarket PP oem disc = win.
