clutch/flywheel update/CHATTER***
hey guys, im in a pinch for time, so.. i cant spend a bunch of time researching like i would normally like to do!!
throwout bearing went... future plans for the car is 400-500hp turbo. figure i spend the money now so i dont have to tear it apart later...
i basically need someone to just tell me what to buy. lightweight flywheel and decent clutch. i want to buy the stuff today and overnight it here, but ill be out running appointments all day.. i drive this car daily for work so something not too annoying... ap1 flywheel??
any help is greatly appreciated!!

Not sure exactly what to run if you're putting down that much power... but the best option is usually this:
ACT HD Pressure Plate
OEM AP1 Flywheel
OEM Friction Disc
OEM Throw out bearing
OEM release bearing
OEM release bearing guide
ACT HD Pressure Plate
OEM AP1 Flywheel
OEM Friction Disc
OEM Throw out bearing
OEM release bearing
OEM release bearing guide

As for the OP around 350 ft/tq is about the range where it starts to slip, however talk to people that have the setup in the FI section, plently of threads talk about this setup and what it can manage

Just did all this last week except I grabbed a act 8lb flywheel instead. You might want to buy some oem honda high temp grease and a alignment tool if you don't have one. Havent drove mine yet but I will soon.

I'll be the one to ask. The OEM release bearing guide. Does this see a lot of wear? I ordered all of my parts for the clutch and this one didnt cross my mind.
Needed? not needed? (Dont mean to highjack but I figured its still a good place to ask).

From what I was told, its a cheap part so why not. I did. 1 less thing to worry about.

okay i picked up a throwout bearing from autozone for $75, and i got a honda pilot bearing for $18. the OEM clutch package was like 600!!! i will have to wait to pull this one apart before i decide if it even needs a new clutch!!
but, i havent gotten there yet... thought i would today.. tomorrow.
