clutch/flywheel combo suggestions?
will an aftermarket flywheel make a difference? i'd like to upgrade my clutch soon with a stage 1 or 2 full face clutch with a lighter flywheel but what experience do you guys have with aftermarket flywheel and clutches? will the clutch last as long as oem? will a lighter flywheel improve acceleration? whats a good clutch and flywheel combo and how light of a flywheel should i go?

I have a 9.2lb...and that is almost too light. The eBay one's are the same as the one Spoon sells for twice the price.
If you have any plans on going FI in the future, you might want to keep the oem flywheel.

competition lightweight& stage 2 clutch.
It's nice, wish i went lighter.
It does have chatter.
Flywheel doesn't improve acceleration (it removes rotating mass so it does slightly), but it helps with throttle blips for heel/toe and the engine will decel quicker. i like the feel a whole lot better.
Stage 2 clutch is great, tires will break loose in 3rd. definitely improves acceleration at launch and gear changes.

Yea, its a bit harder to push, on the site it said 15%, no biggie really, but I adjusted my clutch petal so it's lower and now its not even a noticeable.
It's harder to reverse, and come off of a stop, takes time to get used to but i had a car with a 4 puck, and that was practically an on-off switch.
I wouldn't go above stage 3.
I'de go stage 2 if your planning to stay n/a or are getting a comptech or similar supercharger.
go stage 3 if you're planning on a turbo setup.

AP1 FW is ~13-14 pounds
My friend just got his CM stage 2 installed and it's just a bit firmer than stock. No need for kung fu kicking. It does chatter like said but seems to hold. Grabs real nice.
