Default cf hood need help asap

I just put my cf hood on, and it doesn't seem the the windshield fluid nozzle wants to fit. Is it suppose to? I don't want to force it in and break something.

I used some small hobby files to file the hood a little to make the nozzles fit.

Umm..I'd rather enlarge a hole then try to make one smaller.
