CF Doors

i would imagine not that safe lol it is meant for race only applications. saving weight and safety dont go hand in hand, unless we are talking about some quality and expensive engineering, then it is a different story.

It is my understanding that the majority of the weight savings when switching to the CF doors is the omission of the side impact bars (for safety), unless you go with the high-dollar doors or if you're able to retrofit the door bars to the new CF doors. try messaging alexs2200 (sp?) as I believe he's running CF doors.

even most of the racers in the racing forums do not run cf doors. hard parkers. pft.

Even if most "racers" who track dont use cf doors is probably due to the fact that they can spend that money esle where on performance.

i think you should put the money elsewhere.
i dont see the use in CF doors. theyre usually painted and no one knows their cf except you...
and safety wise, i dont think CF doors can compare to our side doors.
