Listen, I don't understand what your problem is with me, but you don't need to make me feel like i'm an idiot because I'm not as knowledgeable as some about this kind of stuff ok?
I'm looking for help, not criticism.
If this thread is so bad just stop posting in it, alright?

+1 on Eibach. Also, a 45 series sidewall is not always taller than a 40 series, it is a percentage of the width not a fixed number. In this case, your rear is slightly smaller but the difference is negligible. Stepping up to a 255/40 rear next time would even things out.

I got Tanabe GF210 springs that lowers it 0.8" all the way around. I love how it looks. I would really like to go lower, but my mountain driveway and horrible roads wouldnt let me, but overall im happy with them.

man go look in the racing forum at the str prep thread. we run 255/40 tires on 17x9 +62/63 wheels all day long with lowered cars. please read before you pay $630 for some wierd size tires. you could always just switch out your rears and put that on the front and then get 255/40 for the back.
ps- thats 255/40 all the way around in my sig.

Swift Sport Mach springs go about 3/4" lower up front and 1" lower in the rear. They have rates that match up best with OEM shocks too, from what I've read. They're a little more pricey, but seem worth it. I'll be getting them soon.
Don't worry about less knowledge. Read the forums, use the search function extensively (search the exact wheel and tire specs you have to read older threads) and do some basic maintenance on your car to learn.
I'm in Jacksonville too now... maybe I'll see you around.

I would skip springs and look for a set of coilovers. Feel free to pm me if you have any questions. If you re doing springs, Espelirs look the best, but do at times, rub slighlty on non-aggressive wheel set ups.

Could also just get Koni yellows. Put them on lower perch and get better handling and a lower ride height.
I love mine. I have them with pro kit springs so sit about 2" lower than stock with that setup.
