Good point. I guess getting an AP1 at this point is kind of out of the question
So when you say adding an $8 defouler, do you mean putting one on in addition to the cel defouler that's already included?

I mean adding the defouler to the non-CEL fixed TPs. I dont have experience with the CEL-fix included TPs so cant tell you how that works...

I am supercharged and running fairly rich, I had to add an extender to the Berk test pipe w/ built in fix so I don't throw a code. So I essentially have two extenders.

If you live in CA, it will absolutely fail. You would need to swap the OEM cat back in before the smog test
I have an '08 with a T1R resonated test pipe (63 mm) that has the O2 fix built in. I've driven hundreds of miles without a CEL. I believe the resonator actually helps the mechanical fix do it's "thing".
I also have a FlashPro that does have an option to desable the secondary O2, but I haven't tried disabling it yet.

As some members have mentioned before, the T1R is a great test pipe. T1R offers both 63S resonated and 70R nonresonated, both with defoulers and 02 bungs to fix the CEL problems.
