No they come nice and flush, the only thing with mine was that the underneath part was just a littttle warped a heat gun fixed it really easily. IF you get the insurance with him and you recieve it warped, and you dont want to deal with it he will pay for shipping it back to him and send you a new one.

No i would send him a personal messege. If you DONT do the insurance, he will still replace it, but the sipping back will cost you.
Heres a screenshot of the "policy" section where the insurance i mentioned applys.
If you go to one of his FS parts, than scroll down to his private advertisement for that product, you will hit BLACK boxes with Red/White text on it.

Bought an unpainted lip on ebay from this seller 4caroption. The part was $62 including shipping and hardware. dirt cheap for part + shipping all the way to Hawaii. Arrived real quick by priority.
The shipping packaging was a lip wrapped with a large plastic bag and wrapped in tape which was enough to not put any scratches on. The lip was not bent or anything. installed it and it fit okay but there were gaps between the lip and the front bumper that were too big for me. so i made new holes in the proximity of the old ones and used a heat gun to shape the lip and lessen the gap.

Personally i dont like that strut bar, and from what i saw from the other shape of the strut brace it looks like the one you want isnt as good either. Idk the one you want screams "ebay" to me personally. I dont think anyone has tried it but, if you dont wana take the chance, try the one i linked you, i know 5 guys here have got it and are very happy.
