What are the bolts made of since I can only assume that the bottom bolts are exposed to the elements. SS I hope.

I dont see why someone cant make one to use existing bolt locations

I think it would look wierd...but if you like that kind of style there are a view others out there.
Many people also dont like BYS because it deletes the 3rd break light...
