Like I said, there are plenty of reviews here on the site itself and they hold up fine, but they don't raise it more than four degrees higher than stock height, and some say it's a little over pressured and the hood sometimes opens as soon as you release the hood latch, which isn't necessarily bad.
I would just prefer the full chrome NRG ones that raise the hood almost vertically. but again, buy with confidence, the Sokie Tech hood dampers work fine
Just installed my sokie's yesterday. They work like a charm. Raise the hood a bit more and still allow you to drop shut. Just make sure you got the fitment right before you try closing the hood. They are pretty close to the fender.

Just received these:

I ordered them 1/26/11 and they arrived today so shipping was fast considering they came from the UK. These are GREAT! These are very good quality. They're thin and flexible depending on the temperature. Indoors, they were very pliable, but as soon as i stepped outside, they stiffened up. The ones i ordered are the "brush" look and they do look like brushed aluminum. Great alternative to Ricks badges at less than half the price.

Here is a link to the product:

Here is a link to their store (after searching 's2000'):

I know these were already on the eBay list but i figured i would add my experience.

I see braces and bars as a means to retain chassis rigidity when pushing the car hard. Any cars body will bend and flex when pushing it around corners, accelerating and braking. These extra support bars will ensure that your cars chassis and body do not flex or flex as much racing the car over the years.
