There is some good advice in the thread. Here is another outlet for good OEM axle replacement, Gator Axle in Orlando Florida....these guys do a great job on our factory axle and they are reasonably priced

As for a DIY repair, A simple swap from one side to the other is fine for a quick temporary fix but if you really want the issue to go away you have to do some work. I learned a lot when I did my CV axle restoration, using the right grease is paramount.
Getting good advice here on the forums and talking to places that rebuild CV axles it is unanimous, get the right grease for the job

Here is my DIY thread on what I did and used in the end to get my axles right, they are smooth in operation and I'm sure they will be for years to come

I like their oil pan mod, and the price is good too

I just discovered I had this issue last night.

I pulled the trigger on the Ballade CV Joints you linked.

problem is fixed - and everything seems really good thus far. I'll hopefully update this thread someday after I put some serious miles to see if it lasts. =)

I know its been a while but wondering if you can provide and update on your Ballade replacement cups?

works like a charm - doesn't seem to have any of that vibration issue anymore.

I'd probably do the axle cup swap first - if you're able to just do the work.

If anyone wants my old cups - hit me up. Located in San Jose. Otherwise I'll throw them out.

Just swapped mine. Now I get vibrations on engine deceleration. Definitely tolerable though!
Driveshaft spacers coming in soon. Will report back if it fixes my issue.

Word of advice, do not get Autozone axles or any axle for under $200, will be garbage. I tried the Autozone route first.
How much did the Raxles cost you?
