ARC + SPOON
So I got a spoon snorkel and didn't have a rad plate to fit it. I already threw out the oem RAD deflector plate thing so I had to do something.
Here is what I came up with:
and after the sharpie
Time for a test fit
Then I began with some hedge shears and ended up with this
90% finished product with the shears I used
I'm still going to get a torch and make the edges of my cuts blue and smooth them out a bit. But until I return from vacation, this is how it sits.
Yea, it took some balls to chop up an arc rad plate... but it's only a rad plate
Hope you like.
I will be updating thread with final installed pictures when I return

Thanks for comments/tips everyone.
Gains are most noticeable with the snorkel once your up to speed. On the highway I don't need to downshift to 5th anymore to feel power. There is way more pull in 6th gear at around 120 130 KM's per hour.
The rubber hose idea is a great one. I'll have more time to mess with this once I get back.
To tell you the truth, I was suprised that those clipper things cut "titanium"

Ouch....
I'd sell the ARC, and buy the appropriate cooling plate that would fit the Spoon snorkel.
