That is not an AP2 lip.

That is an AP1 lip.

alSpeed2k; thank you for the link

speedworksracing: is true, i have many friends that bought the cheap AP1 lip, with great success, which is why i wonder about the AP2 lip..

I think i'm going to take the risk... how much you guys think is to get the lip paint? $100 - 150?

Paint will run about $125 that's what I was quoted. Keep us updated on this I'm looking at getting this lip to because of how cheap it is. My cousin knows a guy that paints and he's gonna charge me $75 so good deal for me. But I've been hesitant on getting this due to fitment.

I bought the ebay ap2 lip and painted it my self went to a body shop and they mixed me a rattle can to the paint code, Just spent a lot of time prepping it and put it on. The fit was a little off but after I bought an $8 seal on ebay to cover the gaps you wouldn't know unless I pointed anything out to you, I since then sold it with the bumper but heres what it looked like.

^Nice job on the painting. Didn't know bodyshops would sell paint in rattle cans. What do they normally charge for that?

I don't know if anyone mentioned it already, but I have to give it up to the OEM. I would suggest getting an OEM version and not a replica because of the following:

1) Fitment
2) OEM black rubber seal that distinguishes it from others
3) you can get one for about $350 painted where as you might be paying more to prep for paint, plus paint, plus fitment
4) its authentic!

Most complete lip I've seen that I like is the AP2 OEM lip with the downforce carbon splitter.

I had looked at this lip before, but was scared of the fitment. Im glad I checked out this thread. The fitment is not up to par. I circled the areas that just bugged me in the picture below...its not symmetrical. Otherwise it looks great.
