Hey all,
I currently have a KN FIPK and was considering adding a berk HFC and getting AEM engine management in the future. What type of power gains should I expect? Anyone have dyne charts?

Good start, add the HFC and an exhaust of your choice and you should be happy. To add aftermarket engine management without FI is not really beneficial and will cost you some $$$ between the ECU and tuning.
If you want to really get some power then FI is your best option. Good luck in your journey.

After I pulled my stock header I wasn't exactly disappointed. The best bang for your buck is your route, save the money on a header for management and tunability.
You'll deffly NEED a straight through design exhaust to unlock all the other bolt ons tho.

My '06 AP2 dynoed at 221 bhp at the rear wheels on a conservative Mustang dyno. K&N FIPK, 63.5mm high flow cat, Tanabe Medalion Touring dual exhaust. Car was Gernby FlashPro tuned. No "before" data.
More important than peak HP is the mid range power added by lowing VTEC cross-over to 3600 rpm which adds significant power where it can be used. Cruises just fine at 80mph on the low power cam with VTEC just under my right foot -- no downshift needed for much highway passing.

My buddy's AP1 with the same intake/exhaust as my car (above) peak dynoed a bit lower on the same dyno at the same time. Data is in my notes at home.
