Just wondering if anyone knows what 3M or other brand spray or brush on or anything adhesive that can be used on an engine heatshield and will withstand the heat for a long time or for ever for that matter. Would be on an aluminum heatshield on the side away from the engine.
Any suggestions or recommendations please let me know. Thanks.

What is the mounting point, material, and temperature range?

It would be like on the Ztech engine heat shield on the forward facing side of the engine. The one made to block some of the heat from an intake filter.

I used 3M Super77 spray adhesive for this:

It's going to be a coated carbon fiber sheet I will be applying to it. It will be a different heat shield than that. The one attaching to the front of the engine in that pic. Will the adhesives withstand those temperatures?

^What was the adhesive? I am not looking to buy I'm asking what adhesive is used.

It was an industrial adhesive and not sure if it was available to the public. I will ask the factory guys.
