Recently installed a j's intake on my car. Havent started it up and run it yet but the intake is pretty close if not resting on the backside of the radiator. Obviously I dont want to damage this expensive intake and also do not want any rattles if it is indeed touching. Just wanted to see if anyone is running this setup and what, if anything could be placed between the two for protection.

I don't have this setup but you could place some foam insulation between them
