And I have no clue why anyone would want a test pipe with this setup; I tried that for 1 whole day and said f@#k that and welded the cat back in. Made it raspy and OMG loud at 4k +.

To build: cut pipes about 1" from where they connect to the muffler, bend and weld in a 63mm pipe on each side to right before the exhaust cutouts in the bumper, weld on 2 tips after lining up the pipes, and then weld in 2 hangers to hold them in place (one on each side). Done.
If you have an exhaust shop do it and you supply your own tips, it'll probably cost maybe 100, and that is on the very high side. Shouldn't be more than 60-75, especially since 99% of them will be crush bending the pipes (mandrel machines are rare in exhaust shops that do regular work).
Perspective: I've got less invested in 4 S' custom exhaust systems than some people on here have in a single cat-back (a ton less in some cases). And give up zero exhaust quality to any that I've heard to date.
