Yeah! Maybe I just buy the Flowmaster 40s and put on instead.
Actually that's what my current setup is. Invidia test pipe, no resonator, flowmaster 40s. Sounds great!
But I bet that is really loud with the test pipe ??

It is loud. I don't find it unbearably loud though. The drone isn't terrible either. It's not a bad budget setup at all in my opinion.

I deleted the mufflers and just put a turn-down tip right behind the stock resonator. It was loud and droned pretty bad. I had a Berk HFC at the time. It exceeded the sound limitations for SCCA Solo, so I ended up going back to an OEM exhaust.

This is what I did while I was saving for a nice catback. Was very happy with it! Definitely loud but sooooo much fun to drive with haha. Had it on for about 5 months and no trouble from the cops. Definitely keep the resonator and cat!

I have had a version of this done, the loop in the back box has been bypassed and its basicly a straight through pipe, but keeping the standard back box, the other 2 holes in the back box were blanked off, it sounds really nice but drones a lot at certain revs

Yeah! I just want something that not too loud.

Deleting the mufflers is definitely louder than a Q300. I went from stock to Q300 to deleted mufflers back to stock.

I was told that if I use K&N intake like these models 57-3514 or 63-3514 it might give me better sounds with stock exhaust?
Right now mine is OEM air box with K&N filter, if the air box top cover removed will it make any changes the way the car run ??

It will heat soak (lose power) but it will make more noise, if that's what you're wanting.
