Default All bolts are out, she wont come off...

Yes, Yes Ik Ik read the DIY thread. I did, and found a wonderfull DIY on where all the screws/bolts are for the front bumper but there is no description as far as what to tug on to take it off.. I have all the bolts/screws out (i counted 3 times) Where it feels hung up is directly under the headlight... Any suggestions would be great, i just bought her and i dont want to yank to hard in a spot i shouldn't be.

put your hand on the part of the bumper where it mounts to the fender (wheel well area). Pull down (towards the ground) slightly and pull out. don't be afraid to put some muscle to pull it out for the first time. You need to pull down because the plastic part where the screw screws into protrudes down from the fender into the hole in the bumper. if you only try to pull out without pulling down first, that plastic part will stop you unless you pull hard and break that part of the bumper like a lot of people do. Pull down slightly on that corner of the bumper and peek into the crevice, you'll see what i mean.

Just as you described... Once i pulled it down to clear it was good i had to pull mad hard towards me and once it finally popped off i went for a little ride, luckily my bumper was fine, although my hinney is sore.
