I'm thinking a suede 350mm deep dish right now. I'll have to research the different types of quick release though, I'm not up to speed on the differences.

Have a Momo MOD 78? 330MM in Suede. Love the size given I am 6'2 with long legs (knees would hit the bottom). Loved the feeling of suede at first but as it's now got matted down I'd much rather have a leather Momo again (had a Corse which lasted for about 6 years and still looked great, this one lasted about 7 months).

I currently have a nardi 330mm Deep Corn
Great size for me personally but it wasn't cheap. It's set up with a Works Bell short hub + NRG quick release. Steering wheel sit closer to me than OEM meaning it's further from turn signal, wipers, volume, and other bits. Still able to reach without letting go of the wheel and i have small hands.
cons: I can no longer see my instrument cluster but who needs that anyway?

+1. I had a suede 330mm Mod78 in my old e30 and absolutely loved it. When I sold the car I had multiple people who had driven the car ask if I would sell the wheel separately. Great piece.
