Default 70mm Single Exhausts

S2Ki,

I constantly hear that 70mm single exhausts make the most power over any other design, which I am beginning to believe due to their popularity. Does anyone disagree?

So now that I know which exhaust design makes the most gains, I was wondering specifically which 70mm single will make the most power. But the most I would be willing to pay is somewhere around $700-$800. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I like the Greddy Single because it is cheap and it looks like a quality piece. Are there any dynos proving they gain power?

you can either go with the new Greddy ti-c or the Invidia single exhaust. Both are 70mm in that price range.

I've also been looking to the Invidia. But I have heard that it is unbearably loud. Are there any dynos on the Greddy or Invidia?

And one question, will the Greddy Ti-C 70mm Single fit a MY 06? On Greddy's website, it says it will only fit MY 00-05. Would the DBW be the reason it wouldn't work?

Damn, the ASM Single looks awesome. I really like the simple design, only if it were cheaper. Post some vids of it once you get it installed!

If you want power, you can't go wrong with T1Rs.

70mm is not going to be quiet though so make sure you're okay with some noise before placing the order.

Hmmm, T1Rs seem to be pretty popular. The 70R V3 goes for around $1,000, right? That's a little too much for me... But then again, it does come with a test pipe, right? Db ratings? Will the 70R V3 fit a MY 06? Will the gains be that much more of a difference compared to something like the 70mm Greddy Single? Dynos anybody?
