06 seats not fitting my 05s

Does anyone have any tips on how to remove the seat rails? I have read that you have to remove the leather on the side bolster to reach the bolt.

I have 06 seats in my 04, I had John at Forged performance weld a washer on it to bolt right up to the 04 holes. It is much cheaper then buying new rails.

It fits perfect now.

Yeah, in a wreck, you're going to be sorry. At least use a decent washer.

This is not the case. You just need to take off the cover on the seat back tilt adjustment, then unscrew the cover on the side. There are two 14mm fasteners holding the back rest to the rail on the outside. Then the backrest comes right off, after you unbolt the inboard side.
