Default 06 seats not fitting my 05s

Hi guys, I bought some 06 seats from a guy locally and I didn't know that the rails are different from 05 and the screws don't go into place in my 05 S2K....what can I do to make them fit in my S. What is it that I need to change in the seats? thanks for the help before hand...

You can't just swap the rails from your 05s to the new ones?

Take the rails out from your old one, and I believe that driver side will fit without mod but the passenger won't , not sure but if not take your rails from the 05

Swap the passenger seat rail from your original seat onto the new one, drivers side should be the same.

Thanks guys for the answers but I sold my 05 seats so I don't have those rails, I tried the seats and the driver seat is the only one that I was able to screw but just the front bolts, the back ones are out of place and I need to drive the car asap,is my daily driver,im driving with the seat bolted only on the front from now until I find a solution....

So by switching the rails to 05 rails the problem will be solved?thanks for the input

Yes

I put '08 seats in my '01 by swapping rails. IIRC, '00-'05 rails should be the same.
