No Pussies - means no sunday drivers - it's not a nasty anti-female slur - in fact we need a lot more female s2K owners on these runs - so if that's you then get your name down.

Okay here are the meeting points and details of the run (Thanks to LarryT for driving the run with me today to confirm the route and for the input from Cal). We are having two meeting places so you guys that are a little further East and North have less of a drive down.

First Meeting Point
10am, leaving at 10.30am
Denny's Car Park at the Via De La Valle Exit off Route 5 in Del Mar.

We'll then drive on East to....

Second Meeting Point
11am, leaving at 11.30am
Starbucks opposite Target in the 'Valley Parkway' shopping center off I-15 at the 'Valley Parkway' exit, Escondido.

We'll then head out to Julian through some great terrain, this section will be about 1 hour.

Arrive in Julian around 12.30-1.00 depending on traffic and then do whatever you like until we re-group at 3.00pm after food and exploring the little town.

We'll then head out for an awsome, very tight and twisty 25 mile stretch along 79 - awsome driving and should really test your technical abilities. This whole section will take about an hour to get back to route 8.

Once on 8 we can follow it west back into SD and straight back to 5 for those of you who want to continue on home.

It should be an awsome drive combined with great food and a really cool destination in Julian, bring some extra cash to pick up some little souveniers and some Apple Pie to take home. And as we found out today, it can get really windy up those mountains so you might want to bring something to fight off the wind chill.

Can't wait for this run, we reckon it was between 60% and 70% canyons, twists and hills from Escondido back to route 8 at the end of the day.
