Default Removing s2000 passenger

Hey all
i I know this may be a stupid question. I really have searched and haven’t found anything. To remove the passenger seat, is it necessary to also remove the seat belt anchor that is attached to the right side of the passenger seat? I got the 4 seat rail bolts out but then I stripped the seat belt bolt. The thing is, no one ever mentions needing to take out the seat belt anchor bolt (5th bolt) when taking out the passenger seat. They only ever talk about the 4 seat rail bolts. Just trying to see if there’s something I’m missing. Thanks.

The seatbelt buckle comes out with the seat as far as I remember and as this photo from a 2007 post shows:
