Default Leather Repair?

Just noticed that I've got 2 small cracks starting to form on the driver's outer side bolster. They're about 10mm long right now and am worried that they're gonna keep growing unless I do something about it.

I know there's articles about having the seats professionally redone, but anyone have experience with doing it yourself? I don't think a dye job is necessary, just something to fix the crack and keep it from growing (thinking along the lines of super glue).

Pics to follow, car is stored out in the garage at the moment.

i would not advise doing your own repair to it. Simply because if it does fail over time or right away it might be even harder and more expensive to have a professional like myself to do a proper repair. It would be fairly inexpensive to have a shop do it from the way you have described it, especially if it is not torn through all the way.

Yeah, we typically charge around $65 a panel to sew in new panels. Not hard at all.

exactally. but it sounds like you dont even need to replace the panel, just a real fast repair. what company do you work with and where is it located?
