Can anyone confirm if jdm rhd seats will fit usdm with swapping the rails? Will my usdm rails bolt up to the rhd seat with seatbelt holder top and seatbelt in the correct position?

Given you can swap the seat pans over between seats I would say yes but remember the seat pans have a metal rail on one side as bolster support. Usually this is next to the transmission tunnel but swapping seats between LHD and RHD will mean you will have that rail near the door (Unless you also swap the seat pans round).

Did you end up trying to install JDM seats into a usdm s2k?

I have the same question that you had. I've got JDM seats and want to help my friend install them into his usdm s2k. Do we need to just swap the rails, or also the pans too? He doesn't care what side the metal rail is for the bolster.
