Will AP2 inside door panels fit on AP1s?

The actual panel should fit it just looks a little different.

No the insert will not fit. I was wanting to do this a while back when doing door inserts. They look the same shape, but are different on the back, and will not go in right. The whole actual door panel is a direct fit, but the inserts are different and cannot swap them between ap1 and ap2 door panels.

Edit: After reading your post, not sure if you were talking about the door inserts. Yes, the entire ap2 door panel will fit directly, and vice versa. The inserts will not if you are wanting to just swap those.

yea im talking about the entire inside panels

i want tweeters and the little pocket at the bottom like the AP2s have?
So the whole panel will fit then right.

Is there a different in the years 04+
Like 00 had no tweets then i think in 02 they have tweets and a little pocket

so im looking at the back side of the panel at the pocket. well the pocket pushes out. do AP1s allow for this?
