Default AP1 Red Seats vs AP2 Red/Black Seats
Does anyone know if the red color from the all red ap1 seats is the same as the red from the ap2 red/black seats?

Yes. Just be aware that you will face fading/wear issues between different years so they may not match up perfectly.
