I didn't think this was a thing anymore but by AP1 GPW Red seats were stolen this morning. Are there any sources to get new originals? As far as I can tell Honda only sells replacement seat covers in red these days in vivid red, is it the same color? 81121-S2A-A13ZD and 81131-S2A-A11ZD. Are they the same for driver and passenger side?

 

You need more than these seat covers. And $1,600 per seat is an astounding price for a whole seat, not just a back and base cover.

If you want to switch to Black, miguelap1just listed a set of pristine AP1 Black seats for $1000 in the marketplace.

 

Buy used red seats in pristine condition for like 900-1000 instead.

That really sucks! I'm also in the Bay Area, and I also thought people steeling from S2000's were a thing of the past too.

I wanted to post another alternative in case you can't find a matching Pure Red seats. Its from a company called Ridies, https://ridies.com/Product/26737/200...nt-Seat-Covers
I came across them because I've been doing some research on how to get OEM looking new leather seat covers to replace my worn down ones and I found them to be the most reasonably priced. They also claim to be able to do custom colors (probably for a bit more of a fee).

 

Sorry to hear about your loss. Took a look at Ridies and appears some reviews not too good.

Hopefully it will be a while before I have to replace mine, however the 06 models had some inferior leather.
