That's the moddiction short shifter and moddiction engraved Anvil shift knob.

Even without the short shifter the knob will sit about that low as it is fully countersunk.

Again, nothing different from my previous picture but just a different photograph I took last weekend

Awesome shot! What setup did you use for this?
Behind the scenes shot from my iPhone:

And it's just the standard centre console/radio door that's been painted

did you use a normal tripod for this?

Here is a pic of mine. The only mod not in the picture is the leather sunvisors (black leather with blue alacantara strap), I also have Rick's luxury carpets with blue piping, not very visible in the pic. All leather mods done by JPM Coachworks with exception of the OEM suzuka seats and carbon center console cover. My car started as all black interior and the transformation is now complete, it's been a long haul but thoroughly worth it.

The door card inserts are JPM Coachworks parts, they are a mix of solid leather on the bottom half, and perforated leather on the top half, with suzuka blue stitch. They are the ap1 insert design used on ap2 door cards. They (JPM) have a blue leather that is a nice match with the oem suzuka blue colour, and they are a nicer/softer quality of leather compared to the oem pieces.
