Hahaha! That's so true. We've got the material but I would rather have $$ coming in rather than take the down time to do my interior. We're still planning it for late March but fortunately for us, opportunities keep presenting themselves.

Ahh I see. Yeah I thought that was kind of odd that you have done so many nice interiors and put tons of your own labor into them, but have yet to do anything to your own haha. Well once you do something, we would all love to see what you did with it.

Oh no doubt. I'll definitely show it. Another thing we're waiting on is taxes to come back so I can go on a buying spree for everything I need to get for mine.
