what color rims look best on silverstone

I think white wheels only look good on white cars. Plain black wheels can look good, but from a distance, can also look like spares. Bronze on Silverstone is OK. I have mag blue, which you rarely see, and I think look great. Black with a polished lip, gunmetal or silver would all look great too. Of course it's all subjective.

I had this same question about a year ago. I went through every page in the silverstone thread and saved about 100 pictures from it with different color rims. Then just looked at them over and over until I formed what I thought looked best. It also depends heavily on the wheel choice too IMO, so I also downloaded a lot from the TE-37 thread I then went for a custom color
I started with gunmetal and polished lip, and went to a 35% gloss gray with a little teal in it.
IMO black doesnt show the wheel shape as well, illuminous colours looks cheap, and bronze is over played. White looks great on certain wheel choices - see Nagatasan's SSM. Its pretty perfect.
