That and basic tools - a heat gun, thin blue painters tape, tape measure, 3M primer pens, 3M edge sealer and a squeegee with felt edge to prevent scratches to the vinyl (minor surface scratches disappear in the sun or heating it with a heat gun - amazing)
A little over $600 for 65' x 60" roll of Matte Blue & 8' x 60" of the Matte Black
Oh and two bottles of isapropyl alcohol for prep

This thread has inspired me, I'm going to be wrapping my car in the spring once it's a bit warmer out. I made friends with a guy that does it professionally and he's going to help me out.
