Looks to me like they just have really thin tires on them. Since you don't see so much rubber around them, they appear bigger. I don't dig it personally.

These are the Euro wheels. They look real, but with smaller tires. If you blow up the picture the shadow looks real on the disks, but they could be chopped.

That looks just like the 16" euro wheel. The spokes go all the way to the end which make them look bigger. It also appears that the car has lower profile tires.

I think it's chopped because the circle of bolts on the wheel have such a wide diameter. Compare them to a stock S2000 and it appears (to me, at least) that a stock S2000 has a much smaller bolt circle radius. Either that, or they're non-stock tires (they look to be 18"+).

it looks photoshopped b/c in the first pic, the rear tire is almost not there, compared to the other wheels!
also, if you look closely at the left pic at the spoke that's located at the "7 o' clock" and "5 o'clock", it seems as if the tire rises up a bit and just about touches it. looks to me as if this is happening again on the picture to the right... at the spoke that's located at the near 6 and 7 o'clock spoke!
get what i'm saying?
