well, i know how ppl are able to bring cars to s. fla from the islands.
they take the motor out the car, and ship em here seperately. its a kit car under the motor vehicle laws, or something to that affect.

yeah when I went to Japan every American who was stationed that drove a Skyline. The japanese car guys would call them tools cause they all drove one. haha.

My friends in japan always have the most tricked out cars. And they get them so cheap! I wish i could get stationed there. They never bring anything back because of customs. but they go through GTRs and ITRs like crazy.
