Default Stoptech Big Brake Kit Installed

Here are some pics of my Stoptech BIG brake kit:

Brake Specs:
13" Rotor 28mm width vented and slotted
ST40 Caliper
stainless lines
The Brakes feel much better than stock, and still retain the firm pedal feel. More impressions when I can get time to hit the track!
THANKS to 4-IG for hooking me up with this BIG brake kit!

Does it clear your wheels without spacers?

This kit wont clear stock wheels and you need spacers depending on your wheel offsets. You need to run a minimum 17" wheel. The calipers and rotors are more race suited and are very large. I am running a 14mm spacer at the moment, but can run a smaller one as soon as it comes in.

Yes, we lived up to our smack talking, the Stoptech kit finally came in the nick of time! Sucker looks great in person. Too bad its only for competition purposes only.
What the kit requires is
Extended Wheel studs
17inch wheels
5-10mm spacers depending on wheel offset

Other than that, sucker still has great pedal height and pretty nice increase in stopping power
This kit is still a virgin, after a few more beatings the brakes should be broken in and performing at an optimum level!

How much? Spacers custom for the offset? Any wheel vibration at high speeds? I like how the calipers look and how they envelope the entire rotors since my Wilwoods do not. I need a different hat for the rotors.

I think the kit retails in the 1700 dollar range contact 4-IG. No vibration problems at high speeds. The spacer you will need to run depends on the wheel size, offset, and spoke design. On the S you probably will need around a +40 to run these without a spacer or with a very small spacer.
