It's made by Versus, i think it's designed around the looks of an INGS bumper, very similar in design.

The faux window is next on my list. I've been going back and forth deciding on how I want it to look. It's going to look identical to this however some people argue it doesn't exactly follow the lines of the window. I think it looks more aggressiive.
