Default Sold the S, here is my new baby

2005 Acura 3.2TL NightHawk Black Pearl 6MT, Navi

So far, I love it. No regrets whatsoever!

Washed, clayed, and waxed with Meguiars ColorX......nice stuff actually. Very easy application and removal, with impressive results!

Enjoy!

and my true feelings about black after my arm feels like its about to fall off....

Lets just say not enough. It was paid off, so that was a plus.

I traded in my 02 S2000 with 61,000 miles (needed clutch, rear tires, brakes all around and some other cosmetics like a front bumper repaint) and my 03 3.2TL with 69,000 miles (needed new front bumper (damn raccoons) and brakes all around) for a total of $26,000. I only owed money on the TL, so ended up with just under $10,000 in positive equity. Sticker on the new TL was 35,670 which I got down to $33,300. A little more out of pocket and I was out the door at just a hair over $23,000 with tax and all!

suprisingly i havent yet. Its been about 7 weeks, and the TL feels and handles incredibly well for a FWD. Off ramps taht I could take at 60 in the S after lowering it I can do at 50-55 in the TL stock.

The one thing I will not miss at all though is the torque. i loved the feel of VTEC in the S, but the almost instant torque of the TL is nice to have for daily driving which I do a lot of. I go to downtown for school everyday at peak traffic hours (between 7:30 and 8:30 AM) so its nice to be able to keep it in second gear without having to worry about lugging the engine!

I have had the urge to drift every once in a while, but my overall happiness with the car quickly helps me overcome that urge.

Thanks!

Definitely. Drop, wheels (18" or 19" black with polished lip), modify stock exhaust, already modified stock intake!

Sweet! Too bad they don't have smoked out reflectors! I just don't like the little reflectors near the back of the car... otherwise sweet!
