most people who have drove through snow with front wheel drive or a truck/suv but never attempted snow with the S will not really understand this,...but after using summer tires the last 4 years year round,...watching the news before i leave the house to make sure it is not gonna snow, i am sure glad i bought these winter tires,....and a deal at that, 200 shipped for all 4 off ebay, had a few thousand miles on them but i couldnt even tell.
If you live in a climate where it snows, these are worth the money(even full retail)....they are excellent in the dry and it doesnt even get loose in the rain while turning unless you really try and get it loose.
In the snow,...as seen in the picture, the only place i had a little bit of trouble was starting out on a hill, but thats with any rear wheel drive vehicle.

Awesome pic! I like it.

Serious Question:
Wouldnt the snow like that block the airflow to the car and cause problems?

i've done this the last couple years being stationed in germany, snow and ice can get pretty hairy, and if they salt your roads make sure you keep your car washed (my control arms really took a beating).

My car has been undercover, in a garage, nice and warm all winter.

Who needs airflow when you have ice freezing the sh!t out of your radiator?
