Simply Clean Meet II - Video
#22
editing car videos is one thing... editing short films... well films in general, is a different animal.
The edits in the short were a bit off, some of the shots were inconsistent, the framing of the OTS was off, lighting was flat, the audio was pretty bad (DSLRs are absolute garbage for capturing quality audio). The best shot/edit was the sequence between 4:20 to 4:21, the dolly shot behind the wall. the interaction at the beginning was nice, since it didn't show any faces... but then it went downhill from there.
However, the car vid was awesome. Great editing, beautiful shots, a lot of great composition. the music flowed well with the visuals. It looked polished and well done.
but, then again, I'm nitpicking cause the car vid was a 9/10 and the short at the end was 5/10.
