maybe its my shocks, but i rub and scrape a lot, which has me worried when people keep saying "GO LOWER!" I have scraped the canisters of my exhaust, if I had a front lip it would have been long gone, and I have demolished my mid frame brace. I only drove stock for a few weeks, but the ride went from awesome to rough after springs.

How many miles do your shocks have on them at (stock hieght and lowered)? When I had prokits they were great but my shocks had about 10k miles on them when I put the lowering springs on. The only thing that bothered me was the ride hieght. Everyone thought I was still at stock hieght...Bugged the living crap out of me.
I know you just threw down more than a grand on these wheels and the last thing you want to think about is putting down even more money on suspension...But the best thing I could recommend for a quality suspension setup that doesn't break the bank would be the Ground control springs w/ 450 lb springs(standard is 380 and is still a little too soft, imo) mated with Koni yellow shocks(they can be used up to 500 lb springs before they need to be revalved). Under a grand quality...A build your own coilover.
