You have to dl the car, its 400ms points and you get a batch of other nice cars with it. There is a blue, but it looks more laguna than Apex.

Ya I know you can download it but the only pictures I ever saw was the preview picture with a piece of the car shown in white. I just wanted to know if it was apex or just a standard blue but I guess you answered my question.
