wow, impressed. I can't believe you remember that I needed a "family car"
Anyways, I owned that lexus for exactly 1 year.
In that year, I put 40k on it, realizing quickly that working on the car myself was much more of a task than I really wanted to overtake. Even something as simple as an oil change was an hours worth of PITA.
So after numberous visits to lexus for 58.00 oil changes, I came upon the 90k service which was going to run me around 2 g's.
I was ok with that until the transmission started slipping badly going into 5th. Lexus told me it would be atleast another 1500 to do transmission work
So I went to the woman one day the week before valentines day, let her know what was happening and that I was interested in an s2k (the love of my life)
She quickly frowned upon the idea.
I tried to explain that its something that I can do my own work on and something that really made me happy.
She made me make a choice..
Her..... Or the s2000.
Well, here I am today with a silverstone s.
Silly bitch haha thats not an ultimatum you tell me to do.
