You know I am not surprised on that shine. The USMC are some of the sharpest dressed Armed Forces we have. This coming from an Air Force brat of 20 years. Didn't care for the USAF comment in the first post.lol

thanks. my goal from the beginning was to built the car so that ... well, that it didn't actually LOOK modded. in another words, all the work flowed with the car.
i think i did that, but not without the help of a lot of people, esp ryan peters (who owned a very similar car) and the s2ki community. this is the first car i've ever so much as done an oil change on, so i've had to rely on many people to get it done right. that said, i've done most of the work myself, simply cuz that's half the fun.

lol thanks. i had to think about the abbreviation for a min when i was typing it. it didn't feel right when it came out, but i was thinking pixels per square inch. yeah. gotta be. i think i like psi better now anyway.

after breaking the car down with dawn and clay, i brought the shine back up with 3 coats of z2 and a top coat of p21. the z2 was applied and removed with a pc. i would have removed the p21 as well with it, but all my mf pads were a little too beat up for another use.
all in all, it was about 16 hours of work over 3 days.
