Rolling shoot, (56K.......ummmm... no)

when doing a rolling shot you need to use the (S) Shutter setting, you adjust the shutter speed and the camera adjusts the aperture. using a faster shutter speed will freeze things, where as a slower one you can blur things, but this can also lead to a blurry subject, so depending on your speed, you need to find that happy medium. at a higher speed you can go with a faster shutter speed, my shutter speed varied with some of the pictures and i was using a iso of 400 the whole time. as for the iso you can go higher for a faster shot, but this can lead to a picture with too much noise.
Im using a Nikon D40 with a 18-55mm lens and 1 Circular polarizer
hope thats helpful
EDIT!!!
i was using 1/60-1/100 Shutter speed, and the camera used a f-stop 3.5-5, focal length was anywhere from 18-40mm
