O.K., I'll admit that I have had my S2K for like 3 months now and I have not once put the tunneau cover on. I haven't gone on a really long trip yet so there has been no real reason to put it on.
I did try once with my girlfriend, but it didn't seem to want to go on without using a lot of force
so I gave up. Can someone please give me a play by play (pics would be great) on the install of the cover, I think I want to use it this weekend
Thanks........
(Maybe we could even put this in the FAQ's section)

I don't use my cover often, but have used it of late with the good weather we've been having. I don't find it as much of a struggle as I did at first. The secret is to pull on the head of the locating stud on the cover. It actually retracts slightly as you pull it. Keeping the stud retracted press it into place on the locating nipple and release the retraction when in place. Do this for each stud and you shouldn't have much of a problem. If you don't do this the studs don't engage properly and as fast as you press one stud on, another pulls off. Hope this helps

The technique I use is to (always) connect the two straps to the side panels first, then (approximately) line up the four fasteners with the studs on the rear of the roll bars. Starting on one side (usually the driver's side), I slip my hand under the cover, pull out the fastener, and then push it onto the stud until it grabs hold. I then repeat this on the second one, before changing over and doing the same on the opposite side. Finally, I tuck the back of the cover under the lip, all round. Works every time for me, and the cover has never popped out (It's certainly easier to grab hold of the fasteners inside the cover if you happen to have thin arms.)
The cover does get more flexible, the more you put it on, and the longer the car spends out in the sun. I recommend you put it on every time you go out driving (or leave it on all the time). Without it, that area around the folded soft top gets really dusty in a hurry, and it's a pain to clean up.
