I read about that car in the new Road&Track this month. I believe it's Toyotas Hybrid Sportscar that makes approximately 400+ bhp. Gets a from me.

I think it would look really nice with some smaller rims and a little more tire, right now it looks like its riding on the rims

Im sure it will. The wheels on the concept are probably there to make the people who first see it be like "oh shit!"
