Hey guys, i just thought i would post a few pics of some prototype brake ducts im having made for my Ap1 front bumper. I should have actual pics of the finished bumper ducts on the car in a month or so, and the complete system including the backing plates and ducting about a month after that!

Bumper Ducts (Actual Dimensions are Correct and Resembles Finished Piece)




Hub, Mounts (Prototype does not resemble correct dimensions of finished product, will work with factory and big brake setups)




Materials:
The bumper ducts will be made of ABS plastic and the Backing plates will be made of T6 6063 Aluminum (Anodized Black or Colored).

Thanks guys, the first prototypes for the bumper ducts were ordered today and should be in my hands in about a month! Ill make sure to post pics when they arrive!

 

Very nice. Can't wait to se finished product. Here is 2 pics of bumper ducts that I was going to use but sold them because I never got around to it.

 

Did you mock thoes up with solid works, thats what i looks like to me. Nice Job
