WOW guys those ar realy some nice pics.... The one in my sig is takin with my d350.. I will be doing a large photo shoot at the Nor Easter this spring. I hope you call can attend

an SLR camera doesn't mean your going to take pheonomial pictures right off the bat...
my advice to you would be to get a high megapixel camera, like a cannon a series or sd. they are good entry level cameras, and have many valuable features...
also use a tripod
heres my old cannon 2mp camera...
i now have a 7mp and i love it...one day ill go SLR...
